        Excellent session from start to finish. Craig my sports rehabilitator was patient, reassuring and answered any questions thoroughly whilst explaining the nature of my injury.I came away with an exercise programme to work on until my next appointment. Would definitely recommend.

        We have been cleaning for Form Clinic since they moved to Bourlet Close. We have not been paid since December 2021. We are now told that they have financial difficulties and are moving out of Bourlet Close. Not a very respectful or honest company.
