I am quite horrified by the bad review given by a customer! I cannot disagree more with this review about Payals beautiful store & outstanding customer service! Payal was recommended to us by my daughters in-laws to be a year ago . We found Payal to be very warm,friendly & welcoming. Payal was extremely helpful in selecting wedding outfits for myself and my two daughters. Her collection was stunningly beautiful and her designs were elegant& unique!! My daughters and I wore her gorgeous outfits at my daughters wedding & we received so many compliments!! Payal Malhotra couture has got to be a godsend , I had such a huge struggle finding the perfect groom outfit and I can honestly say my wife and guests were gobsmacked when they saw the beautiful piece she created . The detailing was immaculate from the stitching to the fitted look I wanted , my Sherwani was perfect and was exactly how she promised not to mention she used the best quality artisanal material.
