Rachel's Cake House

Ordered a 2-tier 40th birthday cake. Fantastic service - good communication and information. The cake itself was absolutely stunning and tasted delicious. Party guests commented on how beautiful it looked and how great it tasted. Would highly recommend.

Very bad experience with Rachels cake house.She was very rude when i spoke to her on the phone. Basically, we ordered a cake for our little ones 3rd birthday. She gave us wrong address for collection(on quote/order detail) as we were there trying to find her cake house got lost almost for an hour. And even when i tried to call her several times in her office/mobile there was no one answering the call. Eventually she answered her phone. At first, she didnt even knew i was coming there to collect the cake. I can understand there was a human error, she put the wrong address for colllection which was not a big problem but i was more annoyed cause of the fact she was so rude to me and not willing to accept her mistake on the fone when i was speaking to her. She needs a proper lessons on how to speak to her customers if she wants her business to run smoothly. This was my first experience and will be my last. I will not recommend to anyone such a let down.
