Complete and utter waste of space. Full of false promises and lies. Avoid at all cost.

I emailed ibfabrications and Ivan called me up and spent half hour getting details of my project so he could get a quote for material. He told me to meet him at his yard at 3pm the next day so I could speak about the project. After travelling 15 miles I turned up to an empty yard and locked workshop. 5 phone calls and an hour later I decided to leave. Nearly 3 hours and 30 mile round trip to meet with nobody. I received a call from Ivan the next evening saying he was on a job that took longer than expected but there was not even an apology even after I told him I travelled 30 miles and waited an hour for him. Furthermore he claimed he didn't have any signal even though his phone was ringing out to voice mail. I was promised a quote for cost of material and welding that Friday evening and also promised a quote on the following Monday for complete job with pipe bending which he needed to get someone else to do. 4 days on and yet to hear back from Ivan. Complete waste of time and full of lies. I do not recommend this "company" at all and I will very happily take my business elsewhere to a company who actually keeps to their word.
