Origin Thai

I sat in this pub writing a work report whilst drinking an alcohol-free beer and eating Thai food. One of the most productive afternoon's in a long time. The food was great, reasonably priced and the table they gave me had ample space for me to lay out my laptop, documents etc. I'd do this again.

Awful experience!!! Ordered through Deliveroo and food arrived swimming in oil. Called the restaurant and the manager asked for a photo. Photo sent and the manager told me to call Deliveroo and make a complaint, when asked why he wanted a photo, he replied "to make sure you wasn't lying" other dishes were cooked in old oil and food was bright yellow, steak was over cooked and rubber.. definitely will not be ordering from here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Food was absolutely revolting. Duck red curry tasted like a whole jar of salt had been thrown into it. So salty my mouth and throat burned as I took a mouthful. Ive swum in oceans less salty. Then the chicken panang. Oh boy. SO MUCH OIL. which splatter everywhere as I opened the lid. Gross red oil. It was a nightmare to clean up. Still I persevered and used kitchen roll to absorb the oil. It only took six sheets of plenty to look like reasonably acceptable. But as I put my spoon in to dish up so much charcoal and burned residue came to the surface. It was disgusting, as if someone had scraped the bottom on a burned pot into the container. Well that was 30 wasted and Uber are slow with refunds. Needless to say well never be ordering here again.
