Arrived to find that the therapist is double booked?? What kind of service is that?

Went back today 25/03/20203 and had a massage with Mai. It was probably the worst thai massage I've ever had. I've had plenty over the last 20 years. She was so lazy and I had to tell her what to do every step. Otherwise she would have been in one area for the entire time! Night and day difference between Mai and Oh. I would avoid Mai as my partner also had her and said the exact same thing. Star taken off. Oh is amazing there but never going back to Mai.

Just had the most incompetent experience here and certainly wont bother spending money with this business; feel sorry for the person working here but dont trust her bosses at all. Booked yesterday via WhatsApp (an option provided on the website), show up for my appointment at 3pm and as Im about to pay before going into the room another person shows up with a booking at the same time. The massage therapist isnt provided with a schedule so she doesnt know who to expect at what time and now has to deal with a double booking in front of her. She says this is certainly not the first time that her bosses have messed up. She calls her boss Suki who claims my booking isnt real despite my WhatsApp messages proving it, and I am turned away because the other person made an online booking for 10am but received a call this morning to change it to 3pm. My WhatsApp conversation was apparently with Sukis partner Jay who conveniently claims that his phone doesnt work for calls but manages to send me a text to say that. No explanation and no apologies. Ive wasted my time, the staff is put in a difficult position, and the bosses dont seem to care one way or another. Good luck

I had the massage with Oh, she was amazing and very nice. I went due lower back problem. She focus in the area i had issues and found where pain was coming from. First time here and I will be back. It was recommended by my sister and I will recommended it too.

Had an amazing massage. Staff are very friendly, will definitely be coming here again.
