Keep clear of this company. They are complete rip of merchants. The put an offer on my house in Dec. Yesterday they dropped it by 35K which is 60K under market value. They prey on people who they think are vulnerable. I didn't need to sell but did so as they insisted that they would buy for an agreed price. A chap named Charles gave his word which means nothing.

This company made me an offer for my duplex apartment back in Sept 2020. I accepted their offer but almost 5 months down the line in January 21 they rang going back on the agreement. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY their word cannot be trusted, they have no integrity and are the worst kind of charlatans. I wish I could cive them a minus.

STEER CLEAR!!! I completely agree with the review of Celine Hawkins. Exactly the same thing happened to me. They offered me a price for my property, which although was below market value, was acceptable to me. Then at the last minute they contacted me to inform me that they could no longer offer the agreed amount, and wanted to reduce it by a further 30,000. This, all despite having sent me an offer email, backed up by a contract of sale. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY, they prey on the vulnerable, will give you a 'draw in' offer, only to later reduce it in the hope that you are so desperate for the cash/afraid of losing your onward purchase that you will accept. I would give this company a minus rating too if possible. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!

Offered me a written confirmed offer in November, was dubious as even though it was below market value, I still went ahead. I knew deep down they would try a crazy offer at the last minute....but thought, Ill try anyway. As predicted, this week they said they would only offer me a price 55,000 below their original offer and was due to complete next week. BUT, I was not vulnerable or desperate and gave them a flat NO! The tactic is to get people due to complete on sale and purchase so you have no choice. I voiced my concerns all through this process but they assured me they would not do this. They based it on independent valuations claiming one was well below their offer....Which made me laugh as not had one valuation yet below what our initial asking price was.
