        Great experience. Booked a home visit for my 86 year old mum who has been going deaf. She had a ball of wax in each ear and with it removed can hear better already. Such a noticeable improvement. Very friendly and professional qualified ENT doctor who knew exactly what he was doing. One ball of wax was very adhered to the ear drum and he spent in excess of 45 mins on that ear until he had removed it. I cannot imagine you would get that expertise elsewhere. Would highly recommend.

        I had a very fine hair in my ear causing a lot of discomfort. After a very quick and easy booking process online I was contacted by phone to confirm my appointment. The hair could not be removed upon the first visit but they made sure to book me in the very next day to see Dr Usama Ahmed who managed to remove in about 10 minutes! Very grateful! Great customer service throughout, thanks again.
