Excellent job from start to finish. Hand made Tudor roof very difficult in terms of installation, tiles easy to break due to excessive camber. New roof perfectly matched and blended, you can not tell there was a roof job at all. Very happy with the boys, Sam is great guy who delivers on promises. Easy to communicate. I had an estimate and for 2 months, despite constantly chasing for them to attend the job,I was always promised it would be the week after. I was then told that they had received some sad news so I gave them another 3 weeks by which time the leak had penetrated my ceiling and I had a constant drip everytime it rained. I again messaged them twice which they did not show the courtesy to even respond. I can understand that people are sometimes busy and things get in the way but to be do this for 3 months is absolutely disgusting! I guess it just came to it being a smaller job and money was more important than customer satisfaction! Service: Roof repair

Excellent professional service from start to end of roof installation. Effective communication through calls and emails. Material, costing and time scale of job were clearly indicated in an email. All scaffolding, skip and rubbish cleared in a timely manner. With any job there are possibilities of minor errors but what was excellent was communication and acting immediately on any issues.
