I decided to have life coaching with a project that I had lost my way with. I was impressed with all of the 5 star reviews from Alan's clients so decided to give it a go and I am so glad I did. Alan listened to me with interest he seems to have this magic potion which he sprinkles onto the situation and then everything becomes clear. Since that one session, my passion for my project has been reignited, I have set my completion date and am working towards it with enthusiasm every day since. My confidence is higher than its ever been and any doubt I had is completely gone. I have had Life Coaching before but this experience has exceeded all of my expectations. After just one session with Al, I have added several items to my "mental toolbox" which are proving their worth on a daily basis. It is testament to his skill and experience in his field that he was able to identify so quickly the actions that might prove helpful to me - and I will always be grateful to him for that knowledge. From the way our short conversation ran, he could have been someone who has known me well for many years. It was easy for me to talk to him, and simple to understand the guidance that he was offering - not because it was simple, far from it, but because instead of the way he packaged and delivered it in a manner that seemed to be tailored to suit me. This man has a heart the size of the moon, he is super caring, kind and amazing at what he does. If you come across his website and your still in doubt. You neednt be, book that appointment, you wont be disappointed. Thank you Alan x

Alan really helped me through an extremely diffciult time of my life while I was getting a divorce. He helped make me feel strong and in control when I was feeling lost and small and then helped me move forward and look forward. He really is very good and I can highly recommend.
