We used this firm more than four times and our experience in dealing with them is absolutely wonderful. I would like to say thanks to Christabel and Jason. We are now back again although we do the latest situation with this firm since the Covid-19 started in 2020. Good luck for everyong.

Please avoid. The company has a racist solictor by the name of Matthew Barrett. He chose to not pursue my case and was dragging my case for too long. When I finally managed to speak to him he became rude. The tone of his voice was harsh. He is not the person any individual should be dealing with. When he realised his errors and the conversation became heated he wrote an email blaming the client. He thinks too highly of himself. Client needs are secondary to him.

Jason Winton and Matthew Barrett are five star solicitors. Knowledgeable, efficient and highly professional. Daniel Barrett has been a godsend to me in 2020, 2021 and now at the start of 2022. He has dealt most efficiently with most of the legal work connected to my business. He has displayed a high level of professionalism, dedication and dependability. Kudos to the whole team at ThirskWinton:-)

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. When I was paying their fees the service was ok, however aftercare is the worse I have every experience from a law firm. They completely ignore my phone calls and emails for two months, they are all in "meetings" every time I call. I even filled a official complaint to Jason Winton by following their complaints procedure and 10 weeks later still not had a single response. I would steer clear of this firm.
