Woodford Green Funeral Services handled our funeral extremely well. Nothing is too much trouble and they are really helpful. They helped us to understand and to make the choices we needed to make. The painful experience of saying goodbye to our dad was made infinitely easier by the care, thought, and hard work delivered by Chris, Keith and all of the team. We chose WGFD because we liked the idea of a family run business, and we cannot thank them enough for how personally and sensitively they handled our loss. we can feel peace in knowing that our father was so well looked after, and the couldn't have made things easier every step of the way for us. This firm arranged and conducted my mum and dad's recent funerals very sensitively. Especially good on communication: they kept us informed of what they were doing at each stage, asked us anything they needed to which we hadn't thought of, and answered any questions we had. Very prompt replies to emails and phone calls. We didn't get round to picking up spare Orders of Service to give relatives who couldn't make it. I emailed Chris, and he dropped them round on his way home. Very impressive, responsive, and sensitive to their 'customers' who'll always need this in this business.
