I always believe goodness in people although I had few bad shopping experiences but its never stop me to come back! Maybe my 20years of working experiences in retail and I know that its not easy to train a person to be good at selling things or providing great services. One thing I always know about is a good attitude of a person is the key to success. I was delighted when I met Della and shes a wonderful lady with great personality and good customer service! Another staff member, Chris who has impressed me with his attentiveness to customers needs and his warmth and friendly services are also very welcomed! Thank you for the shopping experiences and I will be back for more Asian foods Hope more staffs copying the good vibes. Cheers xx

Rude staff member and mediocre food. I tried one of the curries today and it didn't taste very good. I had high expectations, but unfortunately the food failed to meet them. The staff inside were very stand offish and I didn't feel welcome at all. I even tried to make chit chat but was completely ignored. The same staff member was very warm to other people in the store. I only came in to pick up an order. I feel like for a store that only sells frozen meals, the least you would expect is the service to be outstanding and welcoming. I would have had a better experience if I had got my orders through a vending machine. I want to try the cakes but I don't want to go back in that store. I guess I'll go to Loughton to have a look, maybe the staff there are nicer.
