The Broadway Fish House

I feel like Ive been robbed! 11.50 for a piece of cod the size of an anchovy! Looks like theyre taking a normal sized fillet and cutting it into 3 or 4 pieces. I imagine if you order a small piece YOU have to bring them some fish so they can fry it for you!! I know costs are going up but this is taking the p**s. The ceviche is a joke as well for 8.00 if theres 20g of fish in it Id be surprised!!! I very rarely complain but I felt compelled to phone back. They said next time they will discount something for me. I doubt theyll get the opportunity because I dont like being taken advantage of.

Best fish and chips I have had in a long time and I do like fish and chips and I try different establishments regularly and this is up there with the best. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The home made apple pie and custard is worth making room for.

This is the best fish for miles around. But I now have to shop elsewhere as one of the staff has an obsession with sabotaging the scraps which are an integral part of the meal for me. There has been a stand-off for a while depending on which staff member is serving at the time so sometimes I was served scraps other times refused with no good reason ever given. Sad but I just have to travel to chariots on the other side of the station now.
