"I wouldn't recommend this GP to anyone. The service is terrible and it's nearly impossible to get an appointment. Every time I call, I'm put on hold for ages and then told there are no available appointments for weeks. When I finally do get an appointment, the doctor seems rushed and doesn't take the time to listen to my concerns.

Since Covid this surgery has plummeted down hill. It sometimes takes hours to get through as they don't like answering the phone. When their phone lines open at 8am nobody answers. Today, within 30 seconds of their lines opening it said their phone queue was full. In the last 6 months I've had to book and pay 90 three times to see private GP at Holly House because my own practice can't fit me in.

"I would not recommend this GP to anyone. The doctors here are completely incompetent and seem to have no idea what they're doing. Whenever I've gone in for an appointment, I've been met with dismissive and unhelpful attitudes. The worst part is that if you need a medical form filled out, none of the doctors seem to know how to do it. It's absolutely ridiculous that they're not even able to complete such a basic task. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for your healthcare needs."

Been under the doctors here over the last few months & I cant speak highly enough of them for all the help & advice they gave me to get me back on my feet. They do an amazing job under so much pressure. I would like to say a massive thank you to them all.
