It's the biggest food store in Woodford. It carries a wide range of items, although the meat and bread section can be light on occasion. While it's branded as a Co-Op on the outside, it supposedly operates under an offshoot of it. So the Co-Op app offers don't work with your membership card and they don't take AMEX. The prices also vary widely. While a lot are reasonable, some prices are a lot higher than other places.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A CHEESE & ONION PASTY TODAY. HE REALISED AFTER EATING A MOUTHFUL THAT IT WAS, IN FACT, A CHICKEN PASTY. HE TOOK IT BACK AND THEY WERE DISINTERESTED AND SAID THAT THERE WAS NO COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE. MY HUSBAND IS A VEGETARIAN AND WAS DISTRESSED. EVEN WORSE WOULD HAVE BEEN IF HE HAD BEEN ALLERGIC TO THE INGREDIENT. THIS WAS A CELLOPHANE PACKED PASTY AND CHOSEN BECAUSE IT WAS MEAT FREE. THEY EVIDENTLY HAVE EXTREMELY POOR HYGIENE/ SAFETY PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING FOOD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
