Kayleigh was excellent. Attended Daisy Birthing classes, and cannot recommend the class and Kayleigh enough to an expectant parent. Kayleigh has a breadth of knowledge and a friendly, personable relaxed approach.

Really informative sessions for anyone who is going to have a baby. Kayleigh is really knowledgeable too. Its been lovely to be able to take time out to prepare for having a baby in a practical way.

Been a lovely 6 weeks, its flown! Class itself was informative and I really feel a lot more prepared for birth and in control. I found with Kayleigh being a mum of three the advice was genuine and had come from experience which as a first time mum I found really helpful. Ive learnt exercises and stretches that have really helped with my ongoing sciatica and back pain so that is a massive takeaway from the class for me. Plus the sleep after our class on a Friday was always amazing and a great start to the weekend. Found the class great value for money and I will 100% be booking in should I have a second baby. For anyone considering and having back pain, would definitely recommend bringing a birthing ball to class as I personally found a yoga mat on the floor uncomfortable. Highly recommend, thanks Kayleigh!

Fantastic classes which I look forward to each week. Very informative sessions which have made me feel more prepared and empowered about my birth experience. The yoga is brilliant - I find it so relaxing and helps promote good labour positions which I will definitely make use of when bump makes its arrival. Thank you Kayleigh!

I attended the 6 week Active Birthing class in Monk Fryston after finding it by chance when searching for antenatal classes & I'm so glad I did! Having the class every Friday was a lovely opportunity to relax, meet people, and learn some really useful movements & breathing techniques. Kayleigh who runs the class is so welcoming and has a wealth of knowledge & talks you through a different subject each week as well, which feels very reassuring. So worth it, would definitely recommend :)
