Matt Simpson came to our home to take measurements of a storage unit. I was ill at the time and unable to meet him so my husband let him into our home. Matt took the measurements and left. We did not follow up, and no communication was received from Matt until the 1st July. He sent the following email, "Good morning. As I've not heard from you following my arranged visit on Friday 19th June I'm assuming you are no longer wanting a price for your built in wardrobes? If you could possibly let me know I would appreciate it. Regards Matt Simpson" I responded right away with, "no, thank you." His response, "thanks very much for wasting my time" This is how you treat the public when you find out you're not going to be making money off of them????? Disgusting.

Dependable, reliable and highly recommended. Matt has completed numerous home improvements jobs for us (new windows, garage conversion, built in cupboard and work station) all to a high standard that we have been very happy with.

Matt was recommended by a friend to fit our new kitchen. He did a great job and we were so happy with it that we had him and his team back to fit a new bathroom for us as well !

Matt and his team were superb during (and after) fitting our new kitchen. Knocking walls out & rebuilding others is messy work but everything was left neat and tidy each day. They were always punctual, completed the job on time and were super perfectionists - plus an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Matt and his team.
