where to start, staff are nasty and rude, only just opening up at 10am and after an hour driving to get to stoke, then to find out they didn't have the car i booked and offers me a small car when i picked a medium size car, i missed my meeting as they made me late didn't offer me anything better as im tall, asked for a refund which they made me sit on the phone for another 20 minutes while the staff removed me off the system so they phone call was pointless as he removed my details. rude pointing fingers at me, shouting and getting angry all because i wanted the car i expect as id paid extra and wanted to give me a call car which i would of picked for less money if i wanted this car i would of paid for a cheaper one. ruined my day missed out on a meeting and lost 2 hours work, i can imagine if you pay for the large car they only have medium ones in stock, all the adverts misleading and i don't think they have the cars they advertise just one of each so good luck if you do get one from them, just expect the car you pick will not be the one. let me stuck in stoke,one kind lady asked the boss to drive me home and she turned around and said i wouldn't normally but not now. and for the record i never once raised my voice and i was very claim ... cant say that about you staff red in the face

Helpful staff. Located out of the way. Outside the signs are Avis and budget so you would have no idea it is also Regal Rentals
