Steering broke twice and front shock absorber too, all these within 6days of my buying the car (imagine how they wouldve got the MOT to pass). Without going into any detail, Im warning you all in all honesty, dont ever go here. It was a painful 7months for me to get my money refunded. I had to go legal to get my money; and had to spend 500 in legal fee. They made case as if I broke the car deliberately, as if . (anyways, Ill probably get a scornful response from the trader; which Im used to receiving from them). And the funny thing is, my friend showed me two reviews that displayed almost exactly the same experience as mine.

Brought a Ford Focus from these charlatans. I was told the car was fully serviced (lies) the air con was not working and I had to make 3 visits to his mechanic which cost me money in fuel. They never call you back and you have to chase them. The radio had lost it's code and I had to sort it out myself. Again if I could give a minus I would. the whole experience was a nightmare and I regret buying the car.

Absolute Shambles. Advertised the car with a full service history, had five years missing. Advertise the car, as with a full working satnav, the satnav doesnt work. You Told me on the phone that when cleaning the car you noticed a small oil leak, which your garage fixed. This later went onto cost me 900 and was not covered in the warranty. The back of the drivers seat hangs off, again this was not in the description of the car. I made you aware of all these issues ( after emailing/calling you for weeks) and when I threatened to take legal action only then you replied. You breached the as described act and the Giving insufficient information act and please be aware if I had decided to take legal action against you you would absolutely have no leg to stand on. You offered us a refund if we returned the car however as you we were an hour and a half away from you, and desperately needed a car we decided to cut our loses and accept we have been absolutely messed around. I would not recommend ANYONE to this garage.

Booked to go and see a Ds3 they had in stock, we had messaged two days before and confirmed a time with them for a Sunday, also told them we would be travelling an hour and 20 mins to get there. When we arrived we found out they had booked in another customer at the same time as us to see the car?! Was very awkward and no idea who was going to see the car first or if it was going to be a free for all?! All of the cars where dirty on arrival and the car in question was dirty, the wheels where very scuffed unlike in the photos. There was also a large panel gap in the bonnet but was told the car had never been in an accident. To top it all off, the staff member got out a battery pack and started trying to jump start the car?! He said this was normal when a car hadnt been started for a couple of weeks? Im no mechanic but I dont think this is the case, also the car was a diesel engine, so worrying it had been left for that amount of time without being started or moved. Extremely unhappy and would not recommend this garage to anyone, thank full of what seems like a lucky escape because god knows what else could have happened if we had gone through with a sale.
