Mitch was an absolute pleasure to deal with. So professional and so helpful. I had a unique issue in that the job was for an elderly family member and Mitch was completely respectful and non judgmental about the issues. His service was excellent, and completed so quickly. Rather than charge me for new parts, he used his initiative to use a spare machine we had for those parts to fix what needed to be repaired! How wonderful of him. Mitch came round immediately on his day off to sort out an emergency with our boiler at no notice. He returned to finish the job the next working day earlier than promised. He quickly identified the problem, showed me the burnt out part, sourced a new one, collected it and fitted it with the minimum of fuss and no mess. This is the second time we've used Mitch's services and he's been excellent both times. Reliable, efficient and professional, I highly recommend him. Service: Water heater repair

Mitchell is professional, helpful and accurate with his costs. He sorted out a long standing issue for our scout hut at quite short notice. He explained what he needed to do, completed the work, and summarised his conclusions without technical jargon. The final bill was what he quoted at the outset. Very reassuring to have him on my contacts list and he'll be back again to do further work for us in the future. Service: Water heater repair
