Upset. I know you shouldnt write a review when still upset but my beautiful dog is now a mess. He had the most wonderful waterfall tail which they reduced by approx 60% and they have shaved the top of his head. Despite him having short hair. It now looks lumpy and bumpy - it looks like Ive tried to do it myself. They have also trimmed the internal ear hair which help protect the ears from infection. We gave some clear instructions, which they have totally ignored. The main body looks fine and they have done a good job of this, its all the more complex parts that are not satisfactory. Feel very upset. He now looks scruffier than street dogs of Kolkata

Best Groomers ever. We have been taking our Cavapoo to Itsthedogs since he was 16weeks old. The team are so friendly and always obliging. Highly recommend and would not take our dog anywhere else. Harry always comes out smelling and looking amazing. Thank you

No nonsense dog grooming treats and accessories at a competitive price. Karen is very knowledgeable on all aspects of dog care and training and always happy to chat. We've been taking our (now elderly) dog there for over 11 years without a problem. The dog is happy and not phased being left for couple of hours. Easy to find and plentiful nearby street parking.
