        After having a small non fault dink pre christmas my insurers arranged Grover to carry out the works. I was kept upto date with the progression and my car was ready on the estimated date. I will like to add that i'm very fussy about my car. Usually i will do all the work myself but my insurer advised it was the best thing to do right now to get moving again. Front bumper, right front wing and all the gubbins replaced and everything is spot on. All in all a very happy customer here. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

        Awful customer service. Every time I rang to ask about my car I got very flippant and unhelpful replies from the lady on the customer service line. She gave me replies such as she had no idea when it would be ready & Your guess is as good as mine. She did not give a flying fig and made no attempt to find out answers to my questions. They also took nearly 3 months to schedule in the work. They were instructed by my insurance company - I would not use them again. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
