Jamie and his team were great and professional from the start. They offered a competitive price and very easily over a video consultation. The day of the move was very smooth, the movers themselves were very friendly and helpful with moving things around and reassembling items. Wow! What great service from Jamie and SHR! From my initial contact and throughout the process, Jamie was professional, understanding, and supportive of my needs. My move was relatively last-minute and exact plans werent known until just a few days before the required move date. Jamie was flexible and accommodating and that certainly helped me with my sanity and took away a lot of the stress that is involved with such matters. On the day the team turned up promptly, acted professionally and completed the move without any issues. I would highly recommend Jamie/SHR for anyone looking for a five-star move service with the personal touch.

Moving home is one of the most stressful times for anyone. Jamie and his team went a long way to alleviate a lot of that for us. Jamie is very responsive on email and pays a lot of attention to detail in planning well ahead of the move day. This meant we were far less anxious leading up to the move as we were confident that a comprehensive plan was already in place. Their costs are very transparent and we did not encounter any hidden charges either. The packing team were (almost scarily) efficient and we would highly recommend this extra option especially for those with busy lives with or without kids. The team packed up in a couple of hours (the day before the move) what we would have taken the best part of a week finding free time. Nick and the moving team were efficient and very responsive on the day of the move. They dismantled and re-assembled all furniture for us including beds, cot, and sofas; this meant we were ready to move in immediately. We would gladly recommend Surrey Movers to our friends and family.
