        Turned up on time and was polite and helpful throughout. I've got a leaky roof of which it's difficult to tell where it's coming from. He could've pulled up a tile and quoted me to replace the whole lot but instead offered some practical advice to help fix it myself and so will of course will be the first person I call if it turns out to be a bigger problem than it looks. Really good service
