We have been very pleased with SWD, especially the beyond excellent service we received from Conor Hanley. He helped guide us through both door design and colour, along with the best choice of door furniture. The doors were delivered on time and to an extremely high quality level, they look amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The only problem we had was with the supplier of door furniture, but once again Conor did his level best to overcome the problem, remaining calm and methodical throughout. We first went to SWD and spoke to Conor in 2020. We were in the midst of planning our house renovations and were just looking around. The showroom was impressive and had so many samples - from doors to hardware. It wasnt until 2022 we were ready to order our internal doors, and having been to a number of places we decided to come back to SWD and Conor, as nothing seemed to compare. The service was next to none, and our doors are phenomenal. Super happy from start to finish, and would highly recommend SWD!

Ordered my doors and all arrived on time with superb packaging, The quality is fantastic and service 1st Class. The guys have been ultra helpful. These are not cheap doors BUT are worth every penny. 5 stars from me!!

We ordered internal doors and skirting for our entire house. This ended up being the most disappointing, frustrating and poorest quality purchase we have ever made. Virtually every door was damaged, either arriving damaged or damaged when fitting. Two double door sets did not match. The fitting was a complete fiasco with fitters arriving and leaving erratically and the standard and quality of the fitting was appalling. The installation was left with nail/pin holes that could not be successfully filled or made good. Five months after the installation began SWD, having continually broken promises and assurances, we rejected the goods and services under Section 75 of the consumer credit act. SWD refused our claim and therefore we pursued a successful claim against our credit card company as we had paid a small deposit via credit card. We were also successful in a subsequent court action for damages caused to our property during the fitting of this installation plus a significant amount of interest. SWD have gone to great lengths to remove reviews that were posted when this purchase was made. We have since had installed British made door sets which have only gone to emphasise in our opinion what a poor product and service we received from SWD. In Reply To Response to the Owner: My name is not Raymond, I am not married and neither have I created multiple google accounts to leave negative reviews for SWD, although I accept this view suits your narrative. You should also take note that it is against Google review Policy to leave fake positive reviews from friends, family and work colleagues. The purpose of a review is to enlighten potential purchasers of a customer experience. This is precisely what I have done. It is an honest account of my dealings with SWD with photographs to illustrate the issues involved. Yes the matter is now concluded, thanks to the FOS and the County Court.
