I have bought a product in the past from Barton Electrical, which supply the Henry Hoovers and was told, they are much better than Dyson. I have to say, I have never had a problem with mine and it has always done the job asked of it. Thank you for the good advice:)

My new Numatic George vacuum was not working. phoned Numatic customer services with the problem and they recommended that I speak with Barton electrical as she said their technical department is brilliant at diagnosing and solving problems for customers over the phone. I noted that I had not bought the product from them so why should they help me and she said they are always happy to help and she couldn't recommend any firm which was better. I was surprised and not sure if they would help given they had had no business off me. On phoning I got through within 3 rings and yes they are brilliant they troubleshooted me through to success and in a charming manner. They said no worries I hadn't bought from them but in the future to include them on my possible supplier list for machinery and parts. With after sales service like that they are definitely going to be on my personal and commercial supplier list. To find a company that really knows its stuff inside out and combines this with such a high quality customer service edge was to me so unique I had to share this. Good on them. Lawrence and his team are something special.knowledgeable and have a great sense of fair play (even if you can't park outside for even 30 seconds if your eyes not shopping!). We've used Barton's for 4 years now and can safely say you're in decent, safe hands with these guys.
