KORA Ltd ANNUAL LCB BALLET DAY TRIP 13TH APRIL Thank you Westway Coaches, my Elders and I had a wonderful time on Thursday! Our annual day trip to the childrens ballet (Snow White) was made extra special by the absolutely fabulous service we received from Westway coaches. Our driver Eric was pleasant and welcoming. He went over and beyond to ensure that we were happy as well as safe when entering and leaving the coach. Many of my Elders have mobility challenges and it was a relief to have a driver who escorted them on and off the coach when assistant was required. The drive to and from the theatre was perfect and I managed to play our favourite songs with the use of my small speaker and the microphone on the coach, which worked like a dream! Our Elders were so happy with the service, they asked me to book Westway and Eric for next year! I was very happy with the customer service leading up to our journey and this great service continued from pick up to drop off. Everything ran smoothly and the coach was bright, clean & comfortable. I intend to use your services again in the near future and based on our experience would not hesitate to recommend you, in fact I have already done so! Thank you and your team with a special thank you to our driver Eric. Looking forward to our future travels together.

Wonderful company, we hired a fully electric coach for the day and everything went very good full. Communication was Good throughout from Darcy and the driver Paul was Wonderful on the day. The coach itself was very comfortable and had a lovely interior. Highly recommend this company I like it very much!

My best experience ... We have recently used Westway coaches and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their office staff were helpful and quick to reply in response to any questions and on the day the driver arrived early and was helpful, courteous and more than efficient. I organised a complex tour with multiple stops around central London and it could not have gone smoother. Both the booking and working with the drivers was fantastic. They were flexible with timings and it never felt stressful. The buses were new and felt luxurious. Thanks to Storm, Richard, Chris and Alan. Will definitely use Westway again.
