If I could give the Joseph Centre no stars I would. Every interaction I have had with this place sets me back. Ok, if you need do partake in a CBT course or something similar but should you need any further care don't expect anything other than to feel like a hindrance. I'm amazed these people are working in this profession, it's almost dangerous

Absolutely disgusting treatment, used my mental health against me, gaslit me, discharged me TWICE after I made a complaint about my treatment, COVERS UP NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOUR BY NOT REPORTING COMPLAINTS in LETTERS. LIES, FALSE PROMISES, every time I come away from there I feel re traumatised.Mis diagnoses, not picking up symptoms efficiently; I will be sueing! And complaining to a higher authority. Honestly stay well clear! These people will make you worse

I don't know where to begin ... I've now been discharged all of a sudden when even though my mental health is sky rocket at the moment. I'm having to call my doctor to now again transfer me to another mental health team. After few years I've felt I've got nowhere with them. Please avoid this place.

The worst place to be with a serious mental health condition. They will leave half of what you say our of reports to suit thier image of you and thier agenda. They will waist your life for years with no real help. I've been with these for 5years and had the time waisted. The 1st person I saw said I need help with certain things I don't understand but I've never received any help with them areas. Jpc are not capabale at looking after the mental health of any one. The staff are condescending at points and will do anything to get difficult patients off thier books. I have been failed by these people and when it comes down to it they will try make you self refer so your not in thier center. Terrible service in the community.

I have recently joined The Copying Skills sessions at The Joseph Palmer Centre , i have found these sessions to be very helpful and informative and felt instantly comfortable and supported by the staff members Liam and Katie. I would recommend these sessions for anyone struggling to cope as i have learnt a lot of new skills that i did not have before and feel much more equip to deal with life in general. Thank you Liam and Katie!
