Tony Ahmati and his team from Molesey Lofts carried out a kitchen extension for us between July and October 2018. The work involved working with a glass provider (Hampton Glass) to extend the kitchen in to the side return and add a glass roof, glass panelling and new glass doors. He also reworked the front garden providing new paving a wall. Tony was very accommodating, friendly and tidy. We were very happy with the quality of the finished works and would happily recommend Tony to any new client.

Whilst their quote was competitive, the work they did was of extremely low standard and had to be redone - both to finish it properly and make the property structurally sound. Communications were poor and unprofessional, they were dismissive of concerns over what they were doing and its worrying to think what might have been had a thirdparty not come in to assess the work. I certainly recommend to avoid them and at the very least have their work checked by someone qualified.

It took a long time to find a loft conversion company who i believed would work best for me.From the start they involved me with a great deal of discussion and planning,supplied the architect and structural engineer and made me feel comfortable about the process and design. Even party wall issues were resolved with their help. The build was neat and tidy and very well done by their team. We resolved plans and small issues on site with no problems at all.Even long term snagging issues have been easily resolved and i would hire them again. If you are looking for a loft conversion company to come and work on your property, then i would suggest that you do check out Molesey Lofts ,As builders go they are on budget,on time and you end up with a great finish.
