        We had to put a much loved pet to sleep recently. Our usual practice was not allowing owners into the practice which left us with the prospect of not being with our dog in his final moments. Claire fitted us in the same day, despite being very busy. She came to the house and was super calm, sensitive, professional and so kind and gentle with our boy. I am so grateful to her.
