Vanessa and her team are completely in a league of their own. The Vet Station Molesey provide expert treatment with utter professionalism inside a practice that has invested heavily in equipment to provide the best level of care. The Vet Station provide a 6 star service in every way. My older Bengal cat with dental issues needed a second veterinary opinion due to ongoing eye inflammation and lack of appetite post tooth extraction with a different local vet. After researching online, we found the Vet Station and many of the reviews resonated our experiences too, up until that point. I needed to find a vet with experience/ knowledge of the specific problem my beautiful girl was having, in order to diagnose and treat her. I'm so grateful to have found the Vet Station. From our first appointment with Gerda, who was amazing, we were able to understand what was going on inside the jaw causing the ongoing issues. Having a full set of dental X-rays, examination and a biopsy revealed a cancerous tumour and serious bacterial infection which had been there for some time. Then followed a heartbreaking time with the priority to keep her comfortable in palliative care, as guided by the team, as the tumour was inoperable/ treatable. The team were so kind, providing exceptional levels of care in clinic and ongoing. Gerda discussed options with a second pet oncologist after diagnosis, to explore all options for me. Elisha seemed to always at the end of the App, to answer any questions. Gerda or Vanessa checked regularly to see how we were getting on at home during palliative care, monitoring the impact of the tumour growth and helping to fine tune the dosage on her medications to keep her comfortable. It was a heartbreaking 4 months nursing my beautiful girl through her final days, in so many ways and I couldn't have done it without Vanessa and her team. Vanessa was exceptional when the time had finally come to make the most difficult decision, arriving with Elisha late on a Friday evening to help (2 days before Christmas). The support, understanding and 'no problem' approach to attend to the pet when needed most, is what puts The Vet Station in a different league. There are simply not enough stars for Vanessa, Gerda, Eilisha and Brenna. Thank you for everything. Imagine if we humans could access this level of health care!

The ladies at the vet station were absolutely amazing with our kitty - he was in an accident & our old vet (a chain - 'vet4life') really let us down, they kept us waiting for ages for an answer when our cat was suffering and their only solution was for us to have to travel hours away for a 'very specialised' surgery & quoted extortionate prices for it or the absurd alternative of amputating a perfectly good arm, if we couldnt afford the insane quotes they provided. We were understandably extremely distressed about the whole situation - I called the vet station for a second opinion, on the off chance they might be able to help... Vanessa put me at ease and reassured me straight away. She was absolutely amazing & fixed our kittys elbow (surgery wasnt even needed - a wooden splint and cage rest did the trick thankfully) the whole team took incredible care of him and really went above and beyond to get him better. So grateful I found the vet station and were beyond grateful to Vanessa and her team for everything they did for us and our kitty. Theyre so caring, passionate and most importantly honest & put the animals welfare first - can't thank you enough for everything you did and couldn't recommend the vet station more!
