Just wanted to thank Laura and the team for making our London bus complete again by sending us a new roof that we had misplaced. We can now pass this down to our new grandson who loves buses. All this was done at no cost to ourselves. Fantastic customer services and we will most definitely be buying more of your quality toys for our grandson. Thanks again, Paul

I love our Bunny Train! Clearly a lot of thought has gone into its design with regard to safety and resilience as well as play value. Its also nice that there is minimal plastic in the toy and its packaging. An issue with my purchase was quickly resolved by exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend this brand, and I look forward to buying more of their lovely toys.

Our children have a lot of Le Toy Van sets (big and small) and they enjoy them immensely. The quality of Le Toy Van's products is superior to other wooden toy companies and their customer service is wonderful too. Any time I have had an order query it has been resolved within a few hours or at most, a few days. This company truly appreciates and assists their customers like no other.
