Would have been ok if two of the three waiting staff hadn't disappeared for lunch at 13.00 leaving a very stressed girl to run the place on her own. Waited so long to order a desert and more drinks that we eventually gave up. The manager should be ashamed of themselves.

The food was subpar compared to other Zizzi restaurants, and the service was excruciatingly slow... The restaurant was not what I would have called busy either - plenty of empty tables We were a party of 2 families including children and a newborn baby and it was early evening - timing was clearly important to us. The service was so sporadic that we had to ask any server who came past to check on our order or bring us a menu or other things here or there as our server was often nowhere to be seen Our kids had had their starters and mains before our starter had arrived, and had their dessert as we got our main We had contemplated the dessert options for us adults, but wanted to be out of there before the newborn was old enough to walk out unaided Vegetarian options: They have a fair few Vegan options
