        Heads up it's 8 for 250ml glass of white wine. 9.20 for pinto. 5 a pint. Not particularly lovely surroundings. Swerve it and buy bottle of M&S wine for 6, sit near Thames!

        A charming well-run pub with friendly and helpful staff, thoughtful wall decorations and a glass ceiling in the middle which lets in sunlight. My beef shin pie was actually a pot pie containing meat and more rich sauce than an ordinary pie, but less crust.

        It just another English pub. Nothing great about it nothing bad. Food is just ordinary. You will find chilled vibe during the week tho.
