        Receptionist at the doctor's surgery told me today that this pharmacy is now closed, and pharmacy services have moved to Kent's Pharmacy on Walton Road.

        They usually make mistakes but its getting worst. The manager is rude and disorganised. I went at 15 pm to collect a prescription and the answer is is not here, you need to wait at least 15 min so we can check. I come home and I called and the reply is we dont have it, sometimes it takes time and advised me to call the surgery. I did that and of course the prescription is in the pharmacy. I had to go back to collect it. I understand is busy but I also have a job and I dont have time to be going and coming back. Maybe being organised and comuncate better might help!
