        Coockoo Bean, our Biewer Terrier, travelled 13000 km from SouthAfrica - Oliver Tambo to Doha to Gatwick to kennelling at Heathrow Animal Receiving Centre. She has the finest fur that knots. She becomes snappy and nasty when her fur is tangled. In South Africa she had a dreadful grooming experience - pooping like a water pistol out of terror. Her last groomer in Boskruin, Johannesburg calmed her down somewhat. On arriving in East Molesey I procrastinated and Coos fur grew to tangle - length before I secured a Pet Club appointment. I was stressed myself in a new country and Ria proved to be the kindest and most welcoming human, whist dealing with traumatised COO professionally and kindly. Coos styling has, in her 8 year life, never looked so beautiful - eliciting compliments wherever she goes! Happily we have made it to a regular appointment schedule. I love my entertaining exchanges with Ria and appreciate the fact that she is willing to dash to the car to drop COO through the car window when we have parking challenges. Highly recommended!

        No words needed just look at the photos This is Annie our beautiful Airedale Terrier Our first visit was great (photo on the left) that's why we took Annie back. Second visit (photo on the right) big mistake! We were accused of not looking after our dog and her being severely matted, that was the reason given for completely shaving her whole face. Unbeknown to the owner of this groomers she had been to the vets a couple of weeks beforehand, so I'm sure the vet would have been very annoyed with me if my dog was in such a poor state! Marks around her ears are from the blades being too hot, not quite sure how my dog got so matted around her ears! If you do have a complaint which hopefully for your pet you won't, just be very carful, this woman will say anything to cover her own back. Not sure if my photos are being shown
