I find it so had to find a nail salon with people who can do a decent paint job and shape my nails how I like but Louis who works here did a phenomenal job on my shellac manicure and pedicure today..so neat and tidy and finally a salon that uses the razor to get rid of the dead skin on feet as opposed to just the file. So pleased and will definitely return. Services: Gel manicures, Pedicure, Polish removal

They dont know anything about Customer service!!! they definitely need lessons in how to treat people especially their loyal customers, I was surprised after being a regular customer for almost a year, they are now asking me to pay an extra charge of 10 more than what I used to pay before! and when I was asking gently about the reason behind that she was like my staff didnt know about the extra charge before!! If that happened once, I would say she has the right! but I have been their almost a year and each time dealing with different member of staff and changing me normally, doesnt make sense that all the other staff were not aware of the charges!! She is very RUDE !!!!!! Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Im currently waiting for my nails to be finished but has abruptly stopped as I asked the male owner I think if instead of cutting my nail that was coming away from the acrylic to shave the acrylic away instead so I could continue to grow my nails. He said no. I asked nicely several times that it has been done here before by one of the ladies. He still refused to do it. He got up and angrily said to use her. He is now with another customer and Im waiting still with half done nails. He is so rude and has no customer service skills. He behaves like this every time. Completely unacceptable behaviour!
