T NAIL SPA

I've been going to this nail salon for almost a year religiously now and it's been great, however the last 2 times I have visited i've been really disappointed with the service. On the first occasion, I was made to feel like a real chore and a difficult customer. I am not fussy, and am extremely friendly to anyone I come cross, so this reaction and huffing and puffing when doing my nails made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. The most recent time was particularly bizarre. The nail tech was working so fast and aggressively on my nails I felt like I was having my tyres changed in an F1 race. Angrily tapping my fingers when I wasnt holding them correctly, throwing my hands around, it was strange. The nail tech was not listening to my requests on nail colour and nail art. When I went to get the picture I had brought with me out he said "I've got it" and proceed to do the wrong art on my nails, then was very reluctant and rude when I asked him to change it. I've left really unhappy with my nails, and too nervous and frustrated to ask for any more changes because I wasn't being listened to. This place isn't cheap and getting my nails done is a real luxury that I usually enjoy, so I do expect a level of professionalism from the staff which unfortunately i've not seen in a few months. been using them years now and even when I'm 30 mins late to my appt they'll still fit me in, huge selection of colours and never had an issue

I am very satisfied with the services, Sarah is professional, kind and always smiling, she can advise you when you are unsure , The Salon is super clean, service nice, I recommend this place. Kasia Services: Manicure, Dip powder
