So I was an outsider to these wonderful people, I lost my wallet outside there shop, & these lovely owners of the Nail Salon seen it & grabbed it, I went back today and was shocked that they had it, I was going back to ask all the shops, I have no words what they have done for me, I can only guess that there qualities in there work is the same, thank you with all my heart, and please see the photo of why it was so important, thank once again. Xxx

Ive used them about 6 times and at least half these times there is a massive issue with delay in being seen. I booked an appointment, turned up on time and was dismayed to find all nail counters in use and then 6 other women sat around on sofas waiting to be seen. Turns out 3 were walk ins the salon stupidly said theyd accommodate, despite having 3 of us already waiting to be seen, having actually bothered to book in advance and turn up. After waiting 40 minutes 2 of us left. Its a rubbish way to do business- you turn off regular, loyal, repeat customers who actually help you by booking and turning up and then stupidly agree to accept walk ins at a busy time of day with no free counters. Just WHY??? I drove 20 minutes each way to make this using my lunch hour from work so you cost me precious time, petrol and money. Sort it out! Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails, Pedicure
