If it is true when they say that buying/selling and moving house is the most stressful thing you can do in life, we can only say that the professionalism, guidance, advice, empathy, enthusiasm, patience and expertise of Miles and Bird made the process for us, as pain-free and stress-less (!) an experience, as it is possible to have. Naz, Andrew and the team were such a great help for us in our purchase of a property in Molesey. Naz was particularly accomodating when it came to viewings, working around our schedule to fit us in which we really appreciated. Thoughout the process, communication was clear and it put us at ease, particularly given we had difficult experiences with estate agents in the past. Highly recommended.
