At the booking stage they were extremely helpful being able to provide 1st hand advice and recommendations regarding their villas and locations.
With Covid they were very understanding, they offered superb flexibility and reassurance when needed. The property we stayed at on the Costa Brava was tremendous and the directions / instructions / details were spot on. It was so nice we booked straight away for 2021.
Certainly would recommend this company; hopefully they can widen their portfolio to include more properties in the Greek Islands! Certainly we will keep on using Haven as a result of the service we have experienced
