Sophie Lowe was incredibly kind and helpful in helping us find an apartment to let for my daughter while she was studying in London for a year. She went far out of her way to answer all our questions, and has been quick to respond now that my daughter is in residence. The rest of the staff has also been friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

In the summer of 2022 we bought a property in Hampton Court Village through Newton Huxley, East Molesey. Alex Jany was the Agent who provided support for our purchase. As we all know, housing transactions can be a highly stressful affair. In our case it was even more complicated as we had no choice other than to sell our property first, put our belongings in temporary storage and live in temporary accommodation before completing our purchase. The whole process took many months to conclude and Alex displayed all the right qualities which enabled us to finally achieve what we really wanted. That is, we got our dream home! Alex was efficient with communication, thorough with information and patient. Above all, she was exceptionally skilful in her interactions with the parties involved (our Seller, Seller's solicitors, us as Buyers and our solicitors). She was outstanding in keeping a lot of balls in the air, and dealt with many different things at the same time, and efficiently. She has a cheerful disposition and that made all the difference. All this to her credit and we are extremely thankful to Alex.
