        Would like to thank manor carpets for such a wonderful job in fitting our new carpets. Sam and mark were very professional in fitting, very tidy and would definitely recommend to our friends.

        In October 2020 we rook a piece of carpet to be turned into runner to match a stair carpet. It had to go to a firm in Kent to have this simple operation done. Since then we have asking where it is, weekly following the end of lockdown, only to be told 7 months later that it has been 'lost'. At no point were we contacted by phone or directly (our house is 200 yards away) to be told what the situation is. Appalling service.

        Literally could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I needed a carpet for 4 days time, called them up, arranged to go and look at samples and my carpet was ordered the same day and will be ready to collect in 2 days!!! Fabulous and friendly. Would 100% recommend
