Having had a protracted house move due to various unforeseen challenges, Ade @ KWW has been fantastic with continually checking in for updates with all parties (note: all actions on Team KWW were completed swiftly!). The team are always available to discuss current status and next actions and if your nominated solicitor isn't available, there's always someone else who can offer support. Responsive on emails, clear on instructions and very helpful with simplifying legal terms and processes such that they are easy to understand and follow. Can't recommend enough the added value of working with a local firm over the big nationwide services.
