Paine's in West Molesey handled my mother's funeral with sympathy and understanding. Communication was very good throughout, both before and after. I had arranged a pre-paid plan several months earlier which meant that there had been time before her death to consider many of the practicalities beforehand .

First class service we received from Frederick Paine's East Molesey for our dads funeral recently, thank you Debbie and staff for your care and attention to detail and support. We had a funeral plan which made everything a little easier. We can highly recommend Colin Hawkins (Celebrant) who lead dads service and guided and supported us throughout, at this difficult time. I cannot recommend Frederick W Paine funeral directors enough. They helped us all and especially my Mum step by step. When myself and my brother went to see my Nan at the undertakers they had such a calming and relaxing atmosphere that made us at ease in such a difficult and upsetting situation. Throughout the month of December Colin Hawkins (celebrant) was always available for questions. We were all so impressed at the service we received and the funeral was absolutely beautiful and that is thanks to Colin. I wanted to read a poem at the funeral, he took me through the process and gave me tips on how to hold myself together. I was extremely proud of myself to have had the courage to read a poem for my Nan and that is all because of Colin. Thank you Colin!

All I can say is, 1st class service at a difficult time for my family and myself, I would recommend a funeral plan and using Frederick Paine to any one. Amy at their East Molesey branch went above and behond, So a big thank you to her.
