Did a lovely job on my VW Caddy seats but cracks appeared in the vinyl after 15 months, when I questioned this I was told my own fault and Keith wouldnt work with me to sort the problem. When asked to see a complaints procedure his response was I dont get complaints (how big headed) So on the whole a bad experience as a small business myself I was shocked to hear this response. Service: Custom upholstery design
