Very disappointed. I called asking what would be the correct rear spring for my weight as I couldn't get the riders sag correct. They said I needed a 63-250-85. I ordered this from ebay because of import charges etc from UK. Whilst waiting for delivery I did my own research & found that I actually need a 63-250-90 rear spring for my weight. This will now cost me more money to return the incorrect spring & get another sent out to me. The whole point of calling k-tech first was to avoid this situation. I spoke to k-tech this morning & they didn't seem bothered at all. My advice would be to do your own research before you buy. Edit: The current spring on my bike is 63-250-84 so 63-250-85 was never going to give me the correct riders sag regardless of what k-tech say. I had this confirmed when I spoke to the guy in technical. The sag should be 90-105mm. It is currently 130mm. Edit: I now have the correct spring for my weight 63-250-90. The riders sag is now spot on to what KTM says it should be. I contacted K-tech through messenger & was asked to email them. I did this but never received a reply. I then contacted them on messenger again & was asked to try emailing again. If they couldn't be bothered to reply to my first email then why waste my time sending another email.

Just purchased a set of k-Tech razor shocks for my speed twin and after 1 week and 100 miles the bottom dust seal came out not impressed by the build quality and the attitude of staff at k-Tech they told me to push it back in with a screwdriver after spending nearly 1000 pounds on them AVOID K-TECH SUSPENSION AT ALL COST
