Gifted an hour's flight by my family but 18 months later in still without that flight due to multiple cancellations by the company. Always cancelling on weather grounds, even when it's been the most beautiful of summer days (remember the sun-kissed heatwave?). The latest attempt was given the go ahead 90 mins before the flight but then cancelled when we were just 10 minutes from the airfield. Lacklustre apologies and little empathy - indeed I was made to feel grateful that the gift certificate didn't have an expiry date. Refusal to give refunds so I would suggest anyone tempted by this thinks long and hard if paying up front. Absolutely gutted.

I got this experience as a gift for my wife it was her birthday. She loved it said it was fantastic when she arrived back the smile on her face was worth everything and more.
