Absolutely disgusted by this company. They were meant to arrive at 3pm today to valet my car. I got an email just before 3pm asking could they come tomorrow instead because they wanted to valet someone elses 6 cars instead of my 1. I replied that tomorrow would not suit - I had rearranged my day around the car being available today, including childcare and arranging someone else to pick up my two children from school. No-one responded to my email, no one tried to call me and they are also not answering the phone to me even though I have left multiple voicemails. I was expecting them at 3pm and am still sat waiting and they just have not turned up. Absolutely disgraceful especially at this time of year when I told them I needed the car done before Christmas and now have no chance of getting that done. They are also very hard to get in touch with and do not respond to emails until you have emailed repeatedly. I would avoid and use someone else if you want a trustworthy and decent company
